About the Role


Currently we are looking for dynamic, driven and focused Client Acquisition / Business Development executives and Managers. The top priority of this role is to acquire new clients/customers.


Prime Responsibilities:


·Lead generation and win new business 
·Market research 
·Client meetings and present recruitment solutions to clients 
·Client servicing, maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively 
·Proper coordination with the recruitment team and relationship manager to generate quality results 
·Build and maintain rapport with the new & existing clients


Further Responsibilities:


·Prepare and deliver pitches and presentation to potential clients 
·Leading negotiations with client decision makers and the wider stakeholder community 
·Working closely with delivery teams and our branch network 
·Maximizing conversion of opportunities from cold calls 
·Maintaining timely and accurate reporting & sales pipeline information
